Cancellations

At Ashlyn Jamyson Salon & Spa we value your time and work hard to be on time for you. Our Stylist have busy schedules seeing multiple clients a day. Their schedules are created to accommodate the appointments for that day, when last-minute cancellations happen it’s difficult to fill that spot with another client on such short notice.

We require appointment changes and cancellations to be made 24 hours before the appointment begins. If the appointment is cancelled or changed after 24 hours you will be charged 50% cost of the service for that appointment.*** (bad weather, road conditions, and illness will be taken into consideration)

Booking

When booking an appointment with our commission stylists you will need to have a credit on file to reserve that appointment.*** Much like a hotel reservation requires a credit card to hold a reservation. You will not be charged anything unless you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment. *See cancellation policy above.
