**We recommend a 15-minute consultation for first-time color appointments with a new stylist.
The $15 consultation fee will be applied to your next booking, making it free.
Booking Portal:
Our newly launched booking portal is user-friendly.
Choose your stylist and service provider.
View available dates for booking appointments.
Confirm your appointment and provide a credit card to secure your slot (similar to a hotel reservation).
Deposit of 50% will be charged for the requested service, the balance will be charged at the time of service.
Save 3% Card processing fees if paying with Cash at checkout!
Color Services:
Color treatments often require additional services like toner or bleach.

Booking Policies:
Online booking and the 24-hour cancellation policy apply to resident artists.
Booth-renting stylists have their own policies; consult with them directly for their policies.
Cancellation policy:
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or modify an appointment.
This allows the stylist to fill the reserved slot.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in a fee (half the service cost).

Booking Multiple Appointments:
Use different first names for each appointment.
The same phone number and last name can remain the same.
Kids Cuts (Under 12):
Suitable for shoulder-length or shorter haircuts.
Longer hair requires more time and falls under the category of a Medium/Long Scissor Hair Cut.
Group Bookings:
When booking for multiple people, it’s best to call the salon for coordination.
