Salon Policies
Booking
To book an appointment with our Resident Stylists, a creditcard must be on file to secure your slot, similar to how hotel reservations require a credit card. You will not incur any charges unless the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. *Refer to the cancellation policy above.
***Note: As many stylists are independent renters, their policies might differ from the salon's. Verify with your stylist regarding their particular policies.
Cancellations
At Ashlyn Jamyson Salon & Spa, we respect your time and strive to be punctual. Our stylists have full schedules, attending to multiple clients daily. Their schedules are designed to manage the day's appointments efficiently, making last-minute cancellations challenging to accommodate with new clients on short notice.
We request that appointment alterations and cancellations occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or changes made after this period may incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. *** (Exceptions for bad weather, road conditions, and illness will be considered)
***Note: Several stylists operate independently, renting stations at our salon. Their individual policies may vary from those of the salon. Please consult your stylist for their specific policies.
Refunds
Services: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us within 30 days of the appointment. While we cannot offer refunds for services, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with a service, the original stylist can make corrections at no additional charge. If you choose a different stylist, the amount paid for the initial service will be applied as credit for the new appointment, and you will be responsible for any extra costs.
Products: We cannot accept returns on products for sanitary reasons unless the product is broken or defective.
